Shipping Policy
All items at NIHaRa Esscentials includes tax and excludes any relevant shipping and/or handling fees which will be calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped with trusted shipping partners and will have processing time of 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by NIHaRa Fragrantix via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Every order will have a Tracking number, which will be sent via email through orders@nihara.in & Delivery partner notification system.
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please give 5-7 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high demand periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
