Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes, all our candles are hand-poured with love and care. We believe in the art of candle making and ensure each candle is made to perfection.
What kind of wicks do you use in your candles?
We use lead-free, cotton wicks in our candles. These wicks burn clean and ensure the longevity of the candle.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles typically burn for 40-50 hours. However, burn times can vary depending on the size of the candle and proper candle care.
How should I care for my soy candle?
To ensure the best performance from your soy candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, and allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container. This will prevent tunnelling and help your candle last longer.
Do you offer custom fragrances or personalized labels?
We currently offer a variety of pre-selected fragrances. As for personalized labels, please contact us directly for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expansion to other countries.
How can I contact customer service?
You can reach our customer service team by emailing support@nihara.in. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
How long does our delivery takes to reach you/destination address?
Usually, it takes 5-7 business days from the time we ship the product through our delivery partner. You can track your order using the tracking ID which we send you in your email. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day.

What happens in case the product is damaged while receiving?
We highly recommend you take a video while unboxing and share them to support@nihara.in on the same day you received the delivery.
We shall then send you an email on further steps on how to raise request for refund.
